The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas met with DCCEEW É«ÀÇÉçÇødelegates, who have advised the loss of Senior Executive roles will have a direct impact on frontline staff. Also members are concerned about the centralisation of roles and the impact it would have on their current agencies.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas requested and received an additional two weeks consultation due to the complexity of the realignment and the impact on a number of our members.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis seeking feedback from our affected members within the DCCEEW Cluster. This would enable the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto put in a comprehensive response to the change management plans on behalf of our members.
