The District Court is proposing significant changes to its structure, roles, responsibilities and reporting lines — and the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwants to hear from you.
The proposed changes affect teams across the District Court, including Civil, Criminal and Downing Centre/JMT Registry operations. Management is also proposing new positions and changes to existing roles, with some roles identified as no longer required under the proposed structure.
The consultation period closes on 14 August. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be providing feedback to management, so we need to hear from members about what these changes could mean for you.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be holding an online member meeting on Thursday 6 August 2026.
