Previously the É«ÀÇÉçÇøadvised Surveillance Officers that a decision regarding the current prosecution in front of the Chief Industrial Magistrate would be handed down on 5 February. Read more information HERE.
Last week the Chief Magistrate’s Office advised the É«ÀÇÉçÇølawyers that due to illness, the Magistrate would not be in a position to hand down her decision on that date.
Accordingly, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been advised that the matter has been relisted for decision on 13 March 2019.
