Macquarie University management notified the CPSU NSW on 23 September 2026 of the Workplace Change Proposal and Implementation Plan regarding the proposed transfer of the Macquarie University Special Education Centre (MUSEC) from the Faculty of Arts to Macquarie University Services Limited (MQSL).

We need your feedback!
To ensure your union can robustly represent your interests and address any concerns constructively with management, we are requesting all affected members review the workplace change proposal (found HERE) and provide feedback regarding any concerns, workload impacts, or operational risks you identify.
We also encourage you to provide feedback directly to the university on the proposal during the consultation period, which closes on 22 October 2026.
