Realignment announced to staff
Management of Crown Lands has advised the É«ÀÇÉçÇøof a realignment of its structure and that this has been announced to staff today. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwas informed that changes relate predominantly to managers and that there are no job losses.
Management stated that the purpose is to create efficiencies without cuts, which will be achieved by realigning teams to work more effectively. Management informed the É«ÀÇÉçÇøthat every single function currently performed remains essential.
The changes are intended to commence from February 4, 2019.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwelcomes the views of our members and recognise the day to day knowledge they have of their area of work. If you have concerns regarding this change, please provide those concerns to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand we will raise them with management.
