Macquarie University CPSU NSW Enterprise Bargaining update

Members are advised that the CPSU NSW is not participating in today’s industrial action conducted by the academics’ union, and its members are not protected in the event of a work stoppage.
The CPSU NSW continues to bargain in good faith to obtain improvements, in accordance with members’ claims.
Progress has been made, with in principle agreement relating to claims for
- Special leave
- Flexible work
- Work Health and Safety
- Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employment
- Domestic violence leave
- Disconnecting from work
- Workloads
The CPSU NSW will continue to press its claims in areas of job security, particularly in the management of change, and in equitable employment arrangements and entitlements.
