Following information provided by members, the Department has now confirmed with the 色狼社区that a new Strategy and Delivery division will come into effect on Monday 14 January 2019.
The Department has advised this has been created by bringing together the Policy Coordination and Governance, and Delivery Unit directorates.
As well the Communication and Engagement directorate has been reviewed 鈥渢o enable more cohesion in their naturally aligned work in this area鈥.
As a result of this review, Digital Services will be under the Information Technology Directorate, and the other Directors of Communication and Engagement and their units will come under the new Strategy and Delivery division.
The Human Capital Management program will move from the Corporate Services division to the new Strategy and Delivery division.
The Department has also advised that these changes represent 鈥渏ust a change in reporting lines for non-executive staff in these areas鈥.
The 色狼社区is seeking a meeting with the Department to deal with any industrial issues which arise for members from this restructure and wants to hear from you about any impact of these changes on you and your work.
