Your Pay Your Say – Result

Dear Members,

In 2008 a four year pay deal was accepted by the ɫ������without the knowledge or consent of members.  This 2008 pay deal resulted in the loss of hard earned conditions.

In 2013 the ɫ������commenced the “Your Pay Your Say” survey to ensure that members are consulted about what they will and will not accept in a pay offer.

On 25 May you were sent an email inviting you to vote on whether the ɫ������should accept the government’s offer of a 2.5 percent pay increase for one year with no change of conditions.

With 4608 voting, the message is clear – 95.92 percent of members voted to accept the offer.

The ɫ������is due back in the Industrial Relations Commission tomorrow Thursday 2 June to make the Crown Employees (Public Sector – Salaries 2016) Award.
