Workplace Research- Flexible Work During the Pandemic
Last year the É«ÀÇÉçÇø/ CPSU NSW undertook our first ever entire women membership survey into a range of topics that affect women at work and at home. This survey produced the What Women Want Report that is available on our website.
This year we are collaborating with the University of NSW and Central Queensland University Public Service Research Group to enquire into the specifics about how we have worked during the pandemic, looking at issues such as health and safety, workplace flexibility, and work life balance. The researchers are undertaking a of public servants from across all state and Commonwealth jurisdictions.
The researchers are required to keep the information they collect confidential and the research findings will be useful to support the union negotiate better working conditions for members in the future.
