Workers Compensation Amendments – Change Management Plan – November 2018
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been provided with the Change Management Plan (CMP) for the Workers Compensation Amendments that will affect some staff in SIRA, WIRO and Customer Experience.
In addition to the briefing materials and CMP provided to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøon 19 November 2018, the Department informed the É«ÀÇÉçÇøon 23 November 2018 that it would be deferring the implementation of the CE roles placement until March 2019.
As always, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøinvites members to participate in the consultation process. If you have any issues or concerns, please raise them with us by COB Friday 30 November 2018
A members meeting has been arranged for Wednesday 5 December and details will follow shortly. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas also sought an extension from the Department, as the current consultation period was to close on 3 December 2018.w
