Western Sydney University: Enterprise Bargaining update
As 2025 wraps up, we look back on a remarkable journey: 23 meetings, countless hours, and some progress. This year, we’ve scored major victories:
- Misconduct clause clarity: No more confusion with clear guidelines now in place.
- Flexible working separation: Flexible work arrangements are now properly defined and separated.
- Professional Staff empowerment: Separate Agreements mean only Professional Staff will vote on their own conditions: your voice, your rules.
The Artificial Intelligence clause is still to be negotiated and that will bring with it some robust discussion, but that’s next year.
