Western Sydney University: a revised pay offer
Thank you to all members who attended the members meeting last Wednesday, 21 January 2026, and for sharing your feedback regarding the university’s pay offer broken down to 3.4 per cent paid annually every March from this year until 2029, followed by 2.83 per cent in January 2030. The full offer on the table at that time was 16.43 per cent from March 2026 to January 2030.
We have heard your feedback, and since the members meeting another pay offer has been put on the table.
The latest pay offer is as follows:
