We’re still here for you: Update on the Disability and Mental Health National Workforce Planning and Rostering restructure

The CPSU NSW has formally raised your concerns about the timing and pace of the restructure affecting members who are Roster Support Officers with Life Without Barriers (LWB).
LWB has contacted your union to advise it is currently considering our submissions part of the Disability and Mental Health (DMH) National Workforce Planning and Rostering restructure consultation.
While the official consultation period has now concluded, LWB has committed to continue engaging with us on a case-by-case basis regarding members impacted by the restructure.
If you have been directly impacted by the restructure including in roles beyond Roster Support Officers and have feedback, concerns, or questions, now is the time to approach CPSU NSW for support. If you are in another role that may be affected, please come forward.
