WaterNSW Bargaining recommences

As members will recall the ÌýWaterNSW Enterprise Agreement 2021 was in December 2021. However, because of the NSW Government’s unfair Wages Policy it could only be made for a period of one year, expiring on 30 June 2022.

Therefore bargaining recommenced on 21 March 2022, where the parties agreed to continue with the interest based approach to bargaining and developed a . The parties developed key interests to be addressed during bargaining, with them being:

  • Remuneration (including Performance Pay)
  • Skills/knowledge development and career progression
  • Working hours and work-life balance
  • A safe and healthy workplace
  • Implementation of the EA.

It was agreed that the Bargaining Committee will meet from 9.30am to 4.30pm on:

  • 4 April online
  • 11 April online
  • 26 April online
  • 3-4 May in person
  • 16 May online
