The NSWALC has advised the CPSU NSW and staff bargaining representatives it intends to put a proposed enterprise agreement to a ballot of staff.
The draft agreement marks the culmination of more than 18 months of negotiations with staff and the union.
As a democratic union, the CPSU NSW will now poll members on whether the union endorses or rejects the package. The outcome of the CPSU NSW poll will determine our official position on the NSWALC package before it’s put to an all staff ballot.
CPSU NSW members are invite to meet with our bargaining representatives to discuss.

The CPSU NSW poll will remain open until 12:00pm on 20 October 2021. All members are strongly encouraged to vote to ensure the outcome is genuinely representative.
