As you may already know, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand your delegates recently met with Assistant Commissioner Kyle Stewart to discuss issues in ROG. Further to our meeting, it was agreed that a Rosters Working Party would be created.Â
The Working Party would consist of É«ÀÇÉçÇørepresentatives and management where we would meet to discuss working collaboratively on improving rosters for Variable Full-Time staff.
Now is this chance to have your say – your delegates and the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwant to best represent members’ interests – and this can only happen by joining your Union, and making sure we’re informed. We are asking members to complete the survey found to make sure all members are represented in these meetings.
Encourage your variable full-time colleagues to join the PSA, and to fill out this survey! The more people involved, the stronger our position.
