The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas received the attached Updated Draft Performance and Development framework and process from the CSO. The new framework has been drafted to align with the Public Service Commission’s Performance Development framework.
The new framework and process will be implemented using an online module – MyPDP which is the same platform as MyLearning. Any member feedback can be forwarded to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøas part of consultation on the changes proposed.
The CSO has advised it will organise a system demonstration to the É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers over the coming weeks as part of consultation on the updated policy.
