Update on Community Safety Directorate restructure

As members will be aware, the Community Safety Directorate is undergoing a restructure. Members can find a copy of the proposed structure HERE.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill also seek a change management plan, which will provide further information about the reasons for the restructure, the processes involved in implementing a new structure, as well as a timeline.
Feedback from members will be provided from the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto FRNSW for consideration. Members are encouraged to send responses to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøabout their own position or the proposed structure more generally.
While some managers have discussed the changes as if they are a done deal, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be holding FRNSW to account and will seek to enforce consultation per the Award.
