Unions secure three per cent pay rise offer for Delta Electricity staff

Unions representing Delta Electricity staff, including the CPSU NSW, have successfully secured a pay rise offer of three per cent. Click for a copy of Delta鈥檚 offer.
The company鈥檚 original proposal was 2.75 per cent. However, the combined unions were able to negotiate an improved offer on the basis of unified support for a three per cent pay offer with no trade-offs.
The new deal was finalised at the Tier 1 meeting on 7 October 2021 with Delta confirming plans to put the proposal to a ballot of all staff. The vote will take place from 9:00am on Monday 18 October 2021 and conclude at 12:00pm on Wednesday 27 October 2021.
The CPSU NSW recommends staff vote 鈥淵es鈥, which will see the current agreement extended by one year.
