Trustee and Guardian announces two restructures: Wills & Estate Planning and Customer Experience

NSW Trustee and Guardian (NSWTG) has announced a restructure of both the Wills & Estate Planning division (previously known as the Branch Network) and the Customer Experience Division
A staff consultation session for affected staff was held via MS Teams on Monday 4 April 2022. É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff also attended the session.
A copy of the Change Management plan for the respective restructures can be found below, and we understand that all relevant documentation is available for viewing on SharePoint.
The consultation period for submitting feedback for both restructures will end on 20 April 2022. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas written to management requesting to extend this until 27 April 2022.
Any feedback members have on the proposed changes and to the role descriptions can be sent to your É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill then write to management with your feedback and individual members will not be identified as part of this process.
