TMC Rostering and Fatigue Principles Working Group

On Tuesday the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand combined unions met with TMC management and human resources to enter discussions into the creation of new rostering and fatigue principles. As this meeting was preliminary there is not much to report back on.
There was some agreement between the parties that before we begin discussions, we will need to establish the scope and terms of reference for this working group. It is the intention of the É«ÀÇÉçÇøthat through this process we will ensure that rosters are developed in a fair and equitable way including the allocation of overtime.
