On 10 March 2022, the É«ÀÇÉçÇømet with TMC Management to continue discussions regarding issues in the workplace.
The following items were discussed:
1. Recruitment: recruitment has commenced and should have closed last week but has been extended due to the floods.
2. Framework: As we have informed members previously, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been in discussions for several weeks with management about a framework for when MOC’s are utilised for TOC work. After providing management with the basics that need to be included in the framework and some initial feedback, management developed a draft framework called ‘Emergency Resource Framework’.
The draft framework is now open for consultation. You can review this framework here. Consultation is set to close on Monday, 21 March 2022.

3. Duty Manager: consultation should be commencing this week. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill engage further with members directly affected as well as the broader membership.
