Three of your very own! ODPP takes out 色狼社区CPSU NSW Delegates of the Year!

Honouring our Past, Building our Future was this year鈥檚 色狼社区CPSU NSW Annual Conference theme, and who better to display this than three of your very own taking out the major award. Your Delegates from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) were awarded 色狼社区CPSU NSW Delegates of the year!
Vanessa Chan, Amanda-Lee James and Nicholas Leach shared the Delegate of the Year Award for their work on behalf of members who were working hundreds of hours of unpaid overtime.
Accepting the award, Ms Chan praised 鈥渙ur team鈥 for uncovering a broken system that was contributing to burnout and staff resignations.
Ms James said she came from a conservative background, but was now 鈥渦nion all the way鈥 after working with her fellow Delegates to end the culture of overwork.
ODPP employees are now covered by a new Award with better provisions for flex time and excessive workloads.
