Team Leader/Service Coordinator dispute with Northcott

As detailed in our , Service Coordinators (Team Leaders) rejected Northcott’s settlement offer. On behalf of members, the CPSU NSW then made an application to the Federal Court to resolve the matter.
The matter was heard by Justice Katzman over three days from 7 to 9 September.
We now await the court’s decision, which may take several months. Further updates to follow.
