Taronga’s jail break resolved without incident

As soon as news of this morning’s escapees reached us, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøcontacted our É«ÀÇÉçÇøDelegates and Taronga Management. We understand that thanks to the expertise of a É«ÀÇÉçÇømember, the lions were guided safely back into their enclosure without major incident. We will continue to work with our Delegates and Taronga to flag any ongoing safety concerns and ensure that these incidents are avoided where possible.

We are thrilled to announce that our superstar Delegate Claudia Bianchi has accepted a six-month secondment to the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand will continue to support the Taronga Membership as your É«ÀÇÉçÇøOrganiser. Claudia will start at the É«ÀÇÉçÇøon 14 November. We strongly encourage you to take the opportunity to discuss any industrial issues with her while she’s still on site.
