É«ÀÇÉçÇøDelegates and Industrial Staff met with the State Librarian and other senior staff for our regular Joint Consultative Committee, this is a report back to members on some of the issues raised at that meeting.
Process and Technology Harmonisation (PaTH) – MyWorkZone (MWZ)
Both É«ÀÇÉçÇøDelegates and Library Management are aware that the transition onto the MyWorkZone has caused significant workload issues for some staff, particularly around any financial transactions.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøadvises all members who are experiencing any difficulties with MWZ to lodge tickets and raise it with your management team and let your É«ÀÇÉçÇøDelegates know.
State Library Management are working with shared services and will look to get in additional support to help address the issues so it is important to report any problems.
People Matter Employee Survey 2024 – closes this Friday 13 September
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwas advised that responses to this years’ PMES are somewhat down from previous years, if you have not completed the survey, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwould very much encourage you to do so, the information collected through the PMES survey is valuable and the more staff who participate the better.
