In 2025, Administration staff and Case Work Support Officers were left behind: no increase in wages and no recognition. Administration staff were even excluded from the new Child Protection Award.
These roles are the backbone of our services, yet:
- They are overworked.
- They work beyond role descriptions.
- They forfeit hours to keep things running.
NSW Department of Communities and Justice has agreed to review these roles over the next 12 months, but we need to make sure your voices are heard loud and clear.
