Sound and Court Recorders: Have your say in the PMES

The annual People Matter Employment Survey (PMES 2023) is now open. The survey closes on 15 September – this Friday.
We strongly encourage É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers to complete the survey, and especially colleagues within Strategy Reform & Support. The PMES is our chance to tell the Department and the Government our views on how our workplace is being run.

The results can help the union advocate for improvements in our conditions, and to resolve problems you identify. PMES provides useful statistics to help evidence our claims, as the data is collected anonymously by the Public Service Commission and Ipsos.
Participation has been low in recent years, especially among Sound Reporters and Court Reporters. A high participation rate is in the interests of members.
