SOPA is going through a major realignment. As a É«ÀÇÉçÇømember, you have the right to be consulted with about what is happening. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill be holding a consultation process over the next three weeks so all members can have a say.
É«ÀÇÉçÇøindustrial staff have been briefed on the details of the proposal by SOPA management. The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis now seeking feedback from members about your thoughts, questions and concerns about the restructure.
As part of the consultation process, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill hold two meetings on different dates, one at SOPA Head Office and one at the Sports Centre. After these meetings, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill compile a submission and submit it to the SOPA executive. These meetings are your chance to come together with other union members and to make a difference to your workplace:
