SLM/SARA update

In recent times the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been in contact with our SLM/SARA membership in relation to –
- Changes to the Flexible Working Hours arrangements
- The realignment of the organisation as a result of machinery of government changes and
- Obtaining a pay rise across the public sector that keeps up with inflation and the removal of the wages cap.
We further want to engage with membership over other relevant issues impacting on the workplace. We invite you to provide the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwith any issues you would like us to address with management.
Issues may include issues concerning recruitment, work health and safety, changes in the work place or to your conditions of employment, bullying or harassment. This list is not exhaustive.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇørespects the confidentiality of our members when engaging with the employer and does not provide personal details without permission. We discuss with our members in establishing a way forward with matters they raise.
