The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas developed a tailored training opportunity for interested School Administrative and Support Staff. The training will provide members with the basic knowledge and skills needed to be a delegate, activist or É«ÀÇÉçÇøSchool based contact.
The training will cover topic such as;
- The role of delegate, activist and contact
- The employer-employee relationship
- Purpose and values
- Survival strategies
- Understanding workplace rights and entitlements
- An organised workplace union.
