Defibrillator Information and Support program
Recently, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøprovided SAS Staff members with an update on the progress of discussions around the DRAFT First Aid Procedures and Defibrilator Information and Support program.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas some major concerns with the Department’s proposals. You may already have provided feedback which the É«ÀÇÉçÇøcollated and provided to the Department for consideration.
In analysing the re-worked document, it was clear that the bulk of É«ÀÇÉçÇømember feedback was not incorporated into the First Aid Procedures and Defibrilator Information and Support program documents.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøalso remains committed to ensuring that the feedback supplied by SAS Staff members is appropriately considered to ensure the Department undertakes meaningful consultation with the PSA.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøremains committed to protecting and enhancing the conditions of employment for SAS Staff in schools. As this matter progresses the É«ÀÇÉçÇøwill continue to provide updates to members.
