Rostering staff under the Community Living Award

The CPSU NSW has been contacted by members about rostering which does not adhere to the Rostering Principles contained in the Community Living Award (CLA).
Rostering of transferred FACS (ADHC) employees must strictly adhere with the Rostering Principles in the CLA. Failure to roster transferred staff in accordance with the CLA is a breach of the Copied State Award.
