Role of the Delegate training for Child Protection: Community Services members in Newcastle

Did you know that as a É«ÀÇÉçÇømember, you are entitled to 12 days of paid leave every two years to undertake Trade Union Training?

Role of the Delegate is a one-day course designed to give workplace delegates the skills and knowledge they need to build power at their workplaces. You will explore the importance of unions, history and the values that underpin them. You will develop your skills utilising tools such as mapping, recruitment conversations and problem-solving frameworks to build power.

The Public Services Association is holding a Community Services Child Protection – Role of the Delegate course for members in the Hunter and Central Coast region. All Child Protection Community Services members are invited to apply for union training by emailing Senior Organiser Belinda Tsirekas as below.

Morning tea and lunch is provided for attendees.
