Delegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff met with Service NSW on Wednesday 9 September 2015.
At this meeting, Service NSW agreed to change the six month rule for interview results to three months.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøalso requested:
- That Service NSW agree to a minimum of 12 weeks between the announcement of any further mergers, creation of new Service NSW worksites or amalgamations and the time that staff need to apply for positions; and
- That Service NSW meet with the relevant É«ÀÇÉçÇødelegates and É«ÀÇÉçÇøstaff to formulate an appropriate overarching plan for all future mergers, creation of new sites and locations or amalgamations including an appropriate timetable for same.
This request was confirmed in writing and we expect an answer from Service NSW before the end of the month.
