Review of WaterNSW’s operating model

On 3 May 2022, WaterNSW announced a review of its operating model. An out-of-session Peak Consultative Group meeting was held at 10:00am that was addressed by CEO, Andrew George. He advised there will be a reduction on Executives from 10 to seven, that sees the creation of seven Business Units (down from 10). Further, that the seven Executives will be meeting to “lift and shift” where the current functions will sit within the seven Business Models. The CPSU NSW anticipates that WaterNSW will make a further announcement on Tuesday 10 May 2022.
