The Public Sector Needs a Pay Rise: É«ÀÇÉçÇø2022 Wages Claim
The É«ÀÇÉçÇørecognises the hard work and dedication that our members bring to the public sector. You deserve a decent pay rise to stay afloat with the ever-rising cost of living.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøis campaigning for a minimum pay-rise of 3.6 per cent, with any increase to superannuation paid on top of that, and paid superannuation on the unpaid portion of the first 12 months of parental leave. The current NSW Liberal-National Government’s unfair Public Sector Wages Policy cap of 2.5 per cent must be scrapped.
