Regulatory Practice and Services Division Members Update: EPA Response to Feedback on Guide

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwas contacted by a number of concerned Regulatory Practice and Services (RPAS) Division members who raised issues with both the factual accuracy and tone of the proposed Procedures Guide. In response, the EPA has reviewed and incorporated feedback from both the É«ÀÇÉçÇøand employees.
Key Updates:
- The guide has been updated to align more precisely with the Act and its provisions (e.g., sick leave, recreation leave).
- A new section has been added to clarify the purpose and intended use of the document.
The É«ÀÇÉçÇøreminds members that the RPAS Procedures Guide does not replace existing policies or conditions and should be used to apply conditions consistently and transparently.
