The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas developed a survey as an opportunity for you to tell your stories; to demonstrate the value your work brings to your organisation and to the state of NSW.
As the NSW Government continues its relentless mission to find ‘efficiency’ savings across the Public Sector, your union wants to remind the public how vital you are. We want to tell the Government what they ought to already know.

Every role in RIAR is important and brings value. This is not the time for false modesty. This is the time for you to put it out there that your work it important and valued. We want to hear it.
