Petition – Put the voluntary into redundancies – September 2014
Members are encouraged to ask as many staff as possible to sign this petition.
Non members are also encouraged to sign to raise concerns about the Department not allowing expressions of interest in redundancy prior to a placement process commencing or when a realignment or restructure is proposed.
This petition requests that DEC change this policy and allow for genuine voluntary redundancies.
