PSA’s Special Constables dispute set for preliminary IRC hearing on 23 July 2019

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøadvised members last week that the Special Constables Role Description dispute had been lodged with the Industrial Relations Commission (IRC).
The dispute concerns the continued failure of the NSW Police Force to agree to appropriate Capability Levels in the Role Description for the role of Special Constable and provide a final determination in a timely manner, as detailed in a previous bulletin available HERE.
The matter is now listed to be heard before Commissioner Constant next Tuesday, 23 July 2019 at 2pm.
