É«ÀÇÉçÇøwelcomes Minister’s Ultimo announcement

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwelcomes the announcement by the Minister on Saturday 2 September 2023 that will preserve the significant Ultimo site.
É«ÀÇÉçÇøDelegates and members of the Powerhouse Museum have played an important role in the many efforts including the significant community campaign to save the Ultimo site.
While we welcome the announcement there is still much to be done, particularly around the current management proposals for staff being relocated to either the Parramatta or Castle Hill site.
As such, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas written to the Minister thanking him for his decision and seeking to meet with him further to continue these important discussions. We will keep members up to date with our progress.
