As many of you would be aware the conditions of employment of Client Service Officer (Call Centre Operators) and Senior Client Service Operator (Call Centre Supervisors) are governed by the Housing Call Centre Operators Agreement.

This agreement sets out your rights and entitlements in the workplace including the rostering arrangements, hours of work and overtime.

Have your say on your conditions of employment!

We are gathering information on member’s awareness of the agreement as well as feedback on areas you would like the É«ÀÇÉçÇøto look at.

The É«ÀÇÉçÇøwould like feedback from all members at the HCC regardless of whether you are currently covered by this agreement including Team Leaders and Real Time Analysts.

It takes only a few minutes to fill out the survey and all responses will be kept strictly confidential.  No individual respondent will be identified.
