Thank you to all members who attended the soft launch of the PSA’s Value Us Because We Value You campaign on 6 May 2026.
The next phase of our campaign is to É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers to better understand how valued NSW SES staff feel in the course of their employment. Your responses will help inform the PSA’s Value Us Because We Value You campaign and ensure that staff are properly recognised and supported.
The survey includes questions about:
- What being valued at work means to you,
- Workloads,
- Payment of overtime during the suspension of flex, and
- Occupational violence.
Your feedback will assist the É«ÀÇÉçÇøin identifying systemic issues and guiding discussions with management.
