色狼社区notifies Legal Aid of a dispute over the Practice Executive Director 鈥淕uidance鈥 on Flexible Work

The 色狼社区received a number of complaints yesterday after Legal Aid circulated the Executive Director 鈥淕uidance鈥 on Flexible Work.
There has been no consultation with the 色狼社区about this Guidance, which goes beyond the provisions of the Flexible Working Policy.
Yesterday the 色狼社区advised Legal Aid that we are in dispute, and we sought an assurance that the Guidance will not be implemented until this dispute is resolved.
To prevent an escalation of this dispute, your Delegates and 色狼社区Industrial staff expect to be meeting with Legal Aid this week to seek formal consultation and address the concerns of members.
色狼社区members are advised not to implement any aspect of the Guidance until this dispute is resolved.
Members will be updated on progress of this dispute at the end of the week.
