É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers in ADHC directed to strike – 3 December 2015
On 19 November, FACS announced a transfer package for disability workers which was developed without É«ÀÇÉçÇøconsultation. The package being proposed is the same package that was rejected by the É«ÀÇÉçÇøin Home Care.
On 23 November, the É«ÀÇÉçÇønotified all ADHC members that É«ÀÇÉçÇøAssistant General Secretary Steve Turner would put to the ADHC Departmental Committee that they extend the 3 December Illawarra strike to the whole of ADHC across the state.
Consequently, on 24 November the É«ÀÇÉçÇøADHC Committee voted to take state-wide strike action on 3 December for four hours between 12pm and 4pm.
The state-wide ADHC strike has this morning been authorised by É«ÀÇÉçÇøGeneral Secretary Anne Gardiner. Therefore, all É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers working for Ageing Disability and Home Care across NSW are
