É«ÀÇÉçÇømembers are advised that the final date to express your interest to be included as a claimant in the unfair contract proceedings relating to the forfeiture of flex hours and unpaid overtime for solicitors employed by the ODPP is Friday 15 November 2024.
The proceedings are now at an advanced stage, which means any members who express their interest to join the claim after Friday 15 November 2024, will not be included.
