The PSA, in consultation with your workplace Delegates, has decided to run a survey of its female Transport for NSW members in the greater Newcastle area around recruitment practices.
For an extended period of time we have been receiving anecdotal reports out of these areas of potentially fraught recruitment practices. In order to progress this issue further we want to establish exactly how widespread this issue is and what members’ thoughts are on it. You can complete this survey by using the following link:
