On Monday 17 August your union, the PSA, is due to begin formal consultation with TMC management around the Incident Congestion Management Program. It is hoped this consultation process will help to resolve issues surrounding the implementation of this program.
In order for us to best represent our members’ interests to management, it is asked that any member with feedback on this program or any other work-related issue please get in touch with your organiser Ben James on or 0438 485 535.
É«ÀÇÉçÇøworkplace meetings
To continue to engage members during this time, the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been running Microsoft team’s members’ meetings. These meetings are your chance to hear what the É«ÀÇÉçÇøis doing to improve and maintain the working conditions of members. It will also serve as an opportunity for you to raise any concerns you may currently have at work. Given the shift work nature of the TOR, we will be running a number of different sessions and members can call in to whichever one works best for them.
