The É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas been made aware that during some organisational change meetings with staff within the feedback period, the Department of Education has communicated that the É«ÀÇÉçÇøhas already “endorsed” and “blessed” the current restructure/organisational changes, resulting in the deletion of roles.
We would like to assure all members that the É«ÀÇÉçÇødoes NOT endorse or bless the deletion of ANY public sector roles and we strongly refute any claim by the Department implying otherwise.

- demonstrates its commitment to retain and redeploy impacted employees.
- observes the Government’s Workforce Mobility Placement Policy for priority matching of impacted employees.
- implements fair, transparent, and industrially compliant organisational change processes.
- provides employees access to all important and relevant information.
